RETURNS

Returns are easy.  Your peace of mind and satisfaction are most important.  If you change your mind about an item you have purchased for any reason, we will gladly take it back, provided you follow our return procedures.

Return procedures:

  • In-store credit will be issued for all returns.
  • All items must be returned within 5 days of receipt of item.
  • K2 Boutique’s tag must be intact.
  • When mailing item(s) back please fill out the return authorization form that was enclosed in your package when originally mailed to you.
  • There will be a $15 restocking fee, per item, taken out of your in-store credit.
  • When returning items, they must be in the exact condition as when we shipped them to you.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped within 48 hrs.  All orders over $200.00 will be shipped free within the continental US.

We use USPS ground to ship all packages.   This usually takes up to 5 days for delivery.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

If you would like to have your items quicker, you may call us to arrange this.

You will receive a phone call if you are having your item(s) shipped to an address other than the billing address of your credit card.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We love our International Fashionistas and will gladly mail your order to the billing address on your credit card ONLY!  We do not ship to PO Boxes.  At this time, USPS is the only shipping option we use.  We do reserve the right decline or postpone shipping on any credit card transactions to a foreign country, as credit card fraud continues to rise.

 

DISCLAIMER

K2 Boutique sells items that have been previously owned.  All items are sold in “as is” condition.  Items may have imperfection resulting from prior ownership which may include, minor staining, snags, etc.  We will do our best to photograph and describe any imperfection per your requests.

Retail values are approximated, after doing extensive research.  From time to time items will come in with the tags and we will note this in the item’s description.
